• Aloe Vera: Contains aloin, which may naturally lighten skin. Apply pure gel for 20 minutes daily to soothe and depigment.
• Yogurt and Oatmeal Scrub: Lactic acid in yogurt acts as a mild exfoliant. Mix equal parts to create a paste, scrub gently for one minute, and rinse.
• Potato Rub: Potatoes contain catecholase, an enzyme believed to have mild bleaching properties. Rub a fresh slice on the area for 10–15 minutes before washing.
• Coconut Oil and Lemon Juice: Mix coconut oil with a few drops of lemon juice (rich in Vitamin C) and apply at bedtime. Caution: Lemon can be irritating; test a small area first. 

Safe Application Steps

1. Patch Test: Before full application, apply a small amount to your inner thigh and wait 24 hours. If you experience redness, itching, or burning, do not use the product.
2. Cleanse and Dry: Use a mild, fragrance-free, pH-balanced cleanser to remove oils and sweat. Gently pat the area completely dry with a soft towel; applying cream to damp skin can increase irritation.
